At present, in Malta, there are some three hundred CLC members, mostly young adults, who meet on a regular basis in about twenty seven different communities, each with its own character and history. An elected Leadership Community serves as a link between the local communities as well as the international movement; it provides direction and co-ordinates sharing of resources.

From time to time, all CLC members come together as a National Community to reflect, discuss and pray on relevant issues. Several CLC members from different communities participate jointly in initiatives that are proposed by the local National Community, the World Community and also in collaboration with other organisations.
